Experience

• Volunteer Instructor since 1981/Commercial Instructor since 1998. Chief pistol instructor for Outdoor Sportsman's Club since 1991.
• 28 years of competitive shooting in various disciplines including conventional, action, police-style, and long range silhouette.
• Contracted with Penn State Justice and Safety Institute as a Firearms Instructor for their PA Deputy Sheriff Training Program since July of 2000. Contracted as the Firearms Coordinator for this program since September of 2001.
• Special Deputy and appointed Firearms Instructor for the Centre County Sheriff's Office since August of 2000.
• Invited to testify as an expert witness before the Pennsylvania Senate Select Committee to study the Use of Automatic and Semiautomatic Firearms (1994).
